The Ferguson's fell in love with the Crystal Coast during their first visit, more than 20 years ago, and after owning a variety of beach and rental properties, they made their dream come true by becoming permanent residents.

Originally from Goldsboro, North Carolina, Jerry was a utility contractor with national recognition, and Judy was the owner/operator of the "Village Toggery", a popular ladies clothing store. They now make their home in the Star Hill community of Cape Carteret where they enjoy entertaining, boating and playing golf on the Star Hill course.

Both, as full time agents, have sold many properties on the beautiful Crystal Coast and surrounding areas. 

Jerry and Judy believe "our job is to help our clients turn their dreams into reality by finding them the perfect Crystal Coast property, be it a vacation home or permanent residence." They are full time agents at a full service agency - they can list or show any property in the area.  As an added bonus, they offer free house staging with each of their listings!

Scott has attended Pitt and Wayne Community Colleges studying Business and Computer Network Administration. Living in Greenville for the past 15 years he has been employed by Kroger. A large part of Scott's career has been spent in customer relations, making him the perfect agent to help you find your dream property.

Most of Scott's free time has been spent on the coast fishing, surfing, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of Emerald Isle.
